About the Role
VistaJet is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Flight Support Agent to join our global team. As a Flight Support Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our flights, from arranging ground handling services to coordinating with external providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update our proprietary Operations system, Global View, to guarantee seamless communication with our partners and stakeholders.
- Arrange ground handling services, airport slots, and fuel for all flights as required by established procedures.
- Liaise with external providers, including handling agents, FBOs, fuel suppliers, and Civil Aviation Authorities, to ensure all ground services arrangements and operational requirements are met.
- Request overflight and landing permits for all flights as required by established procedures.
- Submit flight, crew, and passenger information to customs and border agencies.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight status during the planning stage.
- Liaise and coordinate directly with our operating partners' Tactical Controllers on the status of flight preparation and communicate any discrepancies or non-standard preparation in a timely manner.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of the Business Aviation environment, ideally in Ground Operations, Flight Dispatch, or Flight Planning.
- Ability to maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and deliver punctually even under pressure.
- Excellent English language skills to communicate clearly with stakeholders.
