A Day in the Life of a Sterile Specialist

As a Sterile Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our pharmaceutical products. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, dispensing, manufacturing, and filling our products throughout the Manufacturing Operations department. Your actions will enable Teva's patients to receive lifesaving/enhancing medication each day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support filling machine set-up and start-up activities in accordance with cleanroom SOPs and cGMP
  • Plan, dispense, manufacture, and fill Teva's sterile products
  • Take an active role in troubleshooting and resolving process issues in a quick and effective manner, ultimately contributing to the achievement of site performance targets
  • Take ownership of reporting any instances of non-conformance and communicate them to the management team
  • Complete batch and associated manufacturing documentation right first time in accordance with SOPs and ensure compliance with cGMP

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for a recent graduate with a degree in an engineering or science discipline who has a passion for working in a business that improves patients' lives. Alternatively, you may have experience working in batch manufacturing (mixing/filling) within a highly regulated industry such as food manufacturing, pharma, medical devices, or any other similar environment.
