Medical Instrument Transport Specialist
We are currently seeking applications for the role of Medical Instrument Transport Specialist to enhance our operational team at Ramsay Health Care. This position is integral to our Sterile Services Unit, focusing on the safe and efficient transportation of medical instruments between various healthcare facilities.
As a key player in our logistics operations, your primary responsibilities will include the collection and delivery of sterile medical instruments, alongside additional site-related tasks as required.
A valid driving license is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely removing trolleys of medical sets from sterilization equipment
- Accurately scanning sets into trolleys and generating dispatch documentation
- Loading trolleys into company vehicles while ensuring compliance with weight regulations
- Transporting items to designated healthcare facilities and unloading upon arrival
- Collecting used medical sets and returning them to the Sterile Services Unit

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed
- Proficient computer skills are advantageous
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances
