Medical Instrument Transport Specialist

We are currently seeking applications for the role of Medical Instrument Transport Specialist within our dynamic Sterile Services division at Ramsay Health Care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the transportation of medical instruments between various healthcare facilities, ensuring timely and efficient delivery while adhering to safety protocols.

A valid driving license is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely removing instrument trolleys from sterilization units.
  • Accurately scanning instruments into trolleys and generating dispatch documentation.
  • Loading trolleys into company vehicles, ensuring compliance with weight regulations.
  • Driving to designated healthcare facilities and unloading trolleys upon arrival.
  • Collecting used instruments and returning them to the Sterile Services department.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven capability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as necessary.
  • Proficiency in computer usage is advantageous.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in work approach.
