Job Summary

This Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant role is ideal for a graduate or experienced teaching assistant looking to work with children who have special needs and challenging behaviour.

The successful candidate will work one-to-one with students who require additional support, including those with Autism, mental health difficulties, and other learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide behaviour management support to students with challenging behaviour
  • Work closely with teachers and other education professionals to develop and implement individualised learning plans
  • Contribute to the education of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide a comprehensive support package for students

We are offering a competitive salary of £90-£100 per day for this position.
