Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and patient individual to work as a full-time Teaching Assistant in a vibrant primary school in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs, specifically ADHD and autism.

About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1:1 and small group support for children with SEND, fostering their academic and personal development. You will help children develop positive attitudes to learning and achieve their full potential.

  • Provide individualized support to children with SEND.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages children to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with the teaching team to support children's academic and personal development. Promote independence and social skills in children. Provide individualized support to children with SEND.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking someone who has experience supporting children with ADHD, autism, or other SEND in a primary school setting. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about making a positive difference in children's lives.

What We Offer:

This is a full-time, term-time only position. As a Teaching Assistant at this school, you will be part of a supportive and inclusive environment where high expectations and a love of learning are at the heart of the school's ethos.
