Associate Director, Advancement

A leading claims and disputes consultancy based in Sheffield, Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert counsel to clients to avoid conflicts and disputes.
- Collaborate with commercial experts to offer support on time-related issues.
- Deliver timely and effective coaching and training to clients on delay-related matters.
- Prepare reports and represent clients in tribunals.
- Require approximately 10 years of postgraduate experience in the construction industry.
- Prior experience in live planning and programming roles for contracting organisations or delay analysis work at a disputes consultancy is essential.
- Familiarity with programmes and programming software such as P6, Asta Powerproject, and MS Project.
- Good experience/knowledge of standard forms of contract such as NEC and JCT is essential.
- Competent with Microsoft Office packages.
The hiring company is a multi-disciplinary construction consulting firm with a focus on risk analysis and mitigation, expert witness, coaching, training, project management, commercial management, and dispute avoidance.
