Associate Director, Advancement

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team at Maxim Recruitment. As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in driving business growth and development, leveraging your expertise in claims and disputes consultancy to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage assignments with clients, providing expert counsel on claims and disputes.
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent conflicts and promote commercial success.
- Provide coaching and training to clients on commercial, contractual, and temporal issues.
- Represent clients in tribunals and report writing.
- Approximately 10 years postgraduate experience in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Proven expertise in providing professional construction commercial and contractual advice.
- Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying duties, including managing variations and changes.
- Experience in managing or supporting formal disputes, such as adjudication, arbitration, or litigation.
- Competent with Microsoft Office packages and standard forms of contract, such as NEC and JCT.
- Basic Salary up to £120k (DOE)
