Associate Director, Advancement

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team at Maxim Recruitment. As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in driving business growth and development, while providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in claims and disputes consultancy, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing commercially focused counsel, and helping clients prevent conflicts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships and provide expert advice and guidance
- Help clients prevent conflicts and resolve disputes
- Provide coaching and training to clients on commercial, contractual, and temporal issues
- Report writing and representation of clients in tribunals
The ideal candidate will have approximately 10 years of postgraduate experience, ideally in Quantity Surveying. You will have a strong knowledge and understanding of typical Quantity Surveying duties, including managing variations and changes. Experience in working on projects in the built environment is preferred, but not essential.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive basic salary up to £120k (DOE), car allowance, pension, discretionary bonus, and support towards further qualifications. You will also have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with a focus on work-life balance.
