Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Client Solutions Partner to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our presence in the care sector.
Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert recruitment solutions that drive results.
Responsibilities- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new clients
- BUILD and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and expand market share
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to inform business decisions
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients to optimize their recruitment processes
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in recruitment or a related field, preferably in the care sector
- A strong track record of delivering results-driven recruitment solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to stay ahead of the competition
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A generous basic salary: £45,000-£60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- A performance-based commission scheme that rewards your success
