Key Responsibilities:- Process and reconcile purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Match and code invoices, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Reconcile supplier statements and credit card statements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
- Chase debtors via email and telephone, maintaining a professional and courteous tone
- Assist with bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded
- Support the preparation of management accounts, providing valuable insights and analysis
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties within the finance team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Basic Excel skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software
- Ambitious and keen to develop within accounts, with a strong work ethic
- 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility in start and finish times
