Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solicitor/Associate to join our Dispute Resolution team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a person's health, welfare, and finances, with a focus on day-to-day financial management, financial assessments, benefits applications, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop close working relationships with our PI, Medical Negligence, and Regulatory Departments to identify internal leads.
  • Undertake advocacy required by the Department with the CoP and work alongside Dispute Resolution on contentious matters.
  • Support the Head of Department/Partners with internal CoP training and relationship development with specialist costs draftsmen.
  • Deal with routine and difficult enquiries from telephone callers and clients effectively and efficiently.
  • Achieve financial targets agreed with the Department Head or Branch Partner.
  • Ensure compliance with Law Society Training Regulations.
  • Participate in business development and networking activities to build and maintain relationships with clients and key referrers.
