About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Senior Solicitor/Associate to join our team at Wilkin Chapman LLP. As a key member of our Dispute Resolution department, you will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice and representation to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day finances of individuals, including financial assessments, benefits applications, and care fee disputes.
  • Develop close working relationships with our PI, Medical Negligence, and Regulatory Departments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Undertake advocacy on behalf of our clients in Court of Protection matters and work closely with our Dispute Resolution team on contentious cases.
  • Support the Head of Department/Partners in delivering internal training and developing relationships with specialist costs draftsmen.
  • Deal with client enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Meet financial targets and ensure compliance with Law Society Training Regulations.
  • Contribute to business development and networking activities to build and maintain relationships with clients and key referrers.
