Join Our Dynamic Team at Wilkin Chapman LLP

We are seeking a highly motivated and outcome-driven Solicitor or Senior Associate to join our growing Dispute Resolution team at Wilkin Chapman LLP. As a key member of our commercial litigation team, you will be responsible for assisting with a wide range of litigation cases, with a focus on commercial and employment-related disputes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with dealing with commercial and employment-related litigation cases.
  • Regularly update clients on the current situation of their case, including regular updates on costs.
  • Attend court and conduct advocacy on behalf of clients or instruct counsel where appropriate.
  • Be involved with business development activities organized by the department or office.
  • Identify and follow up on new business opportunities.
  • Delegate appropriate work to solicitors/paralegals/trainee legal executives and supervise the completion of the work.

You will be an excellent communicator and able to build relationships effectively with clients and colleagues alike. You will have an exceptional eye for detail and an organized, methodical approach. Previous experience of litigation is required for this role, preferably to include commercial or employment disputes. Individuals from an employment law background are encouraged to apply.
