Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Physiotherapist to join the Copeland ICC, a leading provider of community and acute services in North Cumbria. The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team working closely with health and social care colleagues to deliver high-quality care to patients with a wide range of long and short-term conditions.

Main Duties

The Physiotherapist will be responsible for providing assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services to patients in various settings, including community hospitals, patients' own homes, and residential and nursing homes. The role will involve working closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting patient independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services to patients in various settings
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  • Work closely with health and social care colleagues to deliver high-quality care
  • Contribute to the development of the Physiotherapy service, including service improvement initiatives
Requirements

The successful candidate will be a qualified Physiotherapist with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and a passion for working in a community-based setting.
