About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health/Learning Disabilities Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, service-user-focused care to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centred care to individuals with mental health needs
  • Participate in the development of new services and care pathways
  • Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN and at least 12 months of post-qualification experience
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to change, improvement, and quality
  • Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice
