About You

To excel in this critical role, you must possess:

  • A Doctoral degree in a relevant field, preferably in education or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in curriculum development, instructional coaching, and educational research.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration with teachers, support staff, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement evidence-based curricula, ensuring alignment with national standards and best practices.
  • Provide expert coaching to teachers, focusing on instructional design, pedagogical approaches, and assessment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, utilizing data-driven insights to inform instruction and drive improvement.
