We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Depot Administrator to join our team at Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and transferring calls, taking messages, and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Generating invoices, processing timesheets, and submitting warranty claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Verifying purchase orders, processing credit/debit card payments, and maintaining petty cash and banking records.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sickness and holiday reports, as well as monitoring stock and stationery levels.
- Providing administrative support, including filing, data entry, and other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Strong all-round administrative experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support to clients and candidates.
- Experience working in a similar role where you have dealt with invoicing, banking, and general administration.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
