About Us:
At MW Sweeper Hire, we take pride in maintaining clean and safe roadways for our community. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Road Sweeper Coordinator to join our team and oversee our road sweeping operations to ensure cleanliness and safety on our streets.
**Job Description**:
As a Road Sweeper Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and supervising our road sweeper crews, ensuring that our roadways are free from debris, dust, and other hazards. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of road sweeper operators and support staff.
- Develop and maintain road sweeping schedules, taking into consideration seasonal variations.
- Assign routes and tasks to the road sweeper teams.
- Ensure road sweeping equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Monitor the performance of the road sweeper crews and provide training and feedback as needed.
- Inspect roadways to verify cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
- Handle any road sweeping-related issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with local authorities and other stakeholders to address road cleaning requirements.
- Maintain records of road sweeping activities and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in road sweeping or municipal services.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of road sweeping equipment, processes, and safety protocols.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and local authorities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
