The Grimsby Institute, part of the TEC Partnership, is a dynamic organisation with a strong focus on innovation.

We are seeking a motivated Programme Leader to join our well-established Carpentry and Joinery team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with other Programme Leaders in providing high-quality teaching for learners aged 16 plus.

About the Role

As a Programme Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality pastoral and supportive care of learners as part of their whole learner journey. You will also maintain effective management of learners' programmes, working with other teams as required to ensure a high-quality, individualised offer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain effective programme management to ensure high-quality learning outcomes for students.
  • Work closely with other teams to provide a comprehensive support network for learners.

Salary: £25-£35 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.
