Role Overview

As a Sales Team Manager for Cooplands Bakery, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader with excellent communication skills to join our Cooplands bakery in Grimsby. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bakery when the manager is not present, overseeing store operations, and promoting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Manage store operations, including food preparation, store cleanliness, and serving customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.
