Teaching Assistant Role in SEN Setting

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Teaching Assistant to work with our students who require additional support in an SEN setting. As part of our dynamic team, you will contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters academic achievement and personal growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with children and want to make a positive impact. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
The salary range for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
Job Requirements:- Experience working within an SEN setting (desirable) or willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
