Senior Construction Manager for Hertfordshire and North London

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our client's team, working on projects in North West London and Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of a reputable main contractor.
Responsibilities:- Identify high-risk activities and implement appropriate resources and procedures to mitigate risks
- Manage project staff and sub-contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Provide weekly progress reports to the Project/Contracts Manager
- Minimum 5 years' experience working on Social Housing projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The estimated salary for this role is £43,750 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to investing in its employees.
