About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Patient Care Assistant Lead to join our team at The Priory.

Job Summary:

This role involves providing high-quality care and support to patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support qualified staff in assessing and implementing patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks as directed.
  2. Provide responsive care for patients requiring assistance with intimate personal needs, adhering to relevant procedures and legislation.
  3. Monitor patient wellbeing, reporting unusual occurrences to senior staff and documenting as necessary.
