Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Billing Associate to join our finance team at Rachel Hill Resourcing Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling billing processes and ensuring accurate financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce sales invoicing data and analysis reports to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date cost management reports to ensure financial transparency.
  • Process weekly and monthly billing in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize financial operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve billing discrepancies and issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise financial information to stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced financial environment.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8am to 4pm

This role is based in the office and does not offer remote or hybrid working options.
