Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Billing Associate to join our finance team at Rachel Hill Resourcing Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling billing processes and ensuring accurate financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce sales invoicing data and analysis reports to support business decision-making.
  • Produce cost management reports routinely and on request to ensure financial transparency.
  • Process weekly and monthly billing to ensure timely payment and accurate financial records.
  • Assist with the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures to optimize efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain own skills to facilitate current good business practice and achievement of business objectives.

Requirements

  • Ability to work methodically and accurately with good numeracy skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Appreciation for the need for retaining confidentiality where appropriate.
  • Prepared to learn and adaptable to change.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to evaluate and prioritize workload.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8am to 4pm
