A once-in-a-career opportunity for a dedicated sales expert to lead a dynamic inside sales operation at The Portfolio Group, a renowned SaaS origination.
About the Role:
This newly created, high-profile appointment will offer the successful candidate with excellent career development opportunities working with an organisation renowned for its high-performance sales operations consisting of exceptional sales training, career development programs, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
This highly visible role will see you lead a large and dynamic inside sales operation, responsible for lead generation, highly effective business development, and quality appointment setting within B2B consultative sales. Key responsibilities include leading and developing the inside sales management team, empowering sales managers to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams to exceed company growth targets. You will also be responsible for developing sales coaching and training plans across all sales structures from management development, induction programs, plus circa 60 business sales consultants.
Requirements:
To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading large, fast-paced, and high-performing sales teams. You will combine effective sales leadership, with commercial acumen and the ability to empower and motivate sales professionals.
