We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Axis Communications. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, conveying the value of Axis technology to prospective partners, and building long-term mutually beneficial relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Educate and develop inbound leads to identify and create sales opportunities
  • Follow up on leads via phone and email, tracking productivity daily in Salesforce
  • Identify high-potential prospects and transition to the sales team
  • Drive attendance and registration for sales and marketing initiatives and events
  • Drive registration for Academy training classes through calls, email, social outreach
  • Educate partners and customers on Axis technology

Requirements:

  • Up to 2 years of experience in a similar sales position
  • Professional language skills in English, written and spoken
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in using social channels as a communication channel
  • A big interest in innovative technology
  • A motivated self-starter who loves a challenge
  • Customer-centric personality with a drive to deliver
