About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Chiswick, London. As the PMO Demand & Capacity Support Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering processes and information across projects, programmes, and portfolios.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and guidance to key stakeholders regarding processes and standards.
  • Execute transactional processes, such as resourcing and financial administration.
  • Coordinate events, help manage the IT PMO diary and governance meetings.
  • Contribute to and support the IT PMO Analyst with development, implementation, and embedding of PMO services in line with best practice.
  • Support with capturing actions, decisions, and chasing updates as appropriate.
  • Support best practice in identifying overdue tasks, requesting updates to risks and issues, and ensuring they are recorded, tracked, and monitored.
  • Contribute to Portfolio level reporting and governance.
  • Interface with wider PMO team members to ensure effective communication, informed decisions, and aligned activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within a PMO, focusing on Demand & Capacity.
  • High level of data analysis and manipulation experience.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau etc.
  • Understanding of basic BA principles.
  • Experience supporting multiple project, programme, or portfolio teams.
  • Great stakeholder engagement and management experience.
  • Brilliant verbal and written communication skills and a high level of organisational skills.
  • Strong skills using the Microsoft Office suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc).
