Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Live-in Care Administrator to join our team at Nurseplus. As a Live-in Care Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our care teams and ensuring the smooth operation of our live-in care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to care teams, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication with clients and caregivers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality care services.
  • Collaborate with the care team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the quality of care services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
