Pay rate: £12.35 P/hr
Position: Customer Service Operative
As a Customer Service Operative for Logistics People, your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:
- Recording and communication of delivery incidents
- Ensure customer and client queries; dealt with by Ambient Customer Service staff are handled in a timely and professional manner and to the satisfaction of the customer
- Ensure customer/client reports are accurate and communicated in accordance with agreed timeframes
- Ensure customer/client non-conformance is properly recorded and fed back to the client and corrective action taken
- Ensure delivery discrepancies are properly recorded and investigated and the outcome communicated to the client
- Support Investors in Excellence initiative by examining internal and external processes with a view to driving improvement throughout the business
- Ensure all ISO requirements are fully satisfied and complied with
- Support the Ambient Customer Service team in delivering exceptional customer service
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective communication to customers and clients
- Resolve customer and client queries in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of customer and client issues
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
