As a Senior Credit Portfolio Manager at Attribution Search, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the CLO business, including portfolio management, cash flow analysis, and risk assessment.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of financial markets.

The successful candidate will work closely with the investment team to identify opportunities for growth and optimize portfolio performance.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with CLO service providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and timely completion of tasks.
  • Review and approve all transaction documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the investment team to develop and implement strategic plans for CLO portfolio growth.
  • Implement operational and system enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.

We offer a competitive salary of $190,000 - $240,000 per year.
