Key Responsibilities

You'll research and respond to customer requests via various means, ensuring compliance with client, regulatory, and Association rules and regulations. Your extensive knowledge of banking products and services will be essential in researching, updating, and documenting cardholder accounts. You'll also recognize potential fraud, credit, collection, and chargeback issues and forward them to the appropriate department.

What You'll Do

  • Become familiar with client products and services while assisting with routine updates and documentation of cardholder/corporate accounts.
  • Assist in determining and recognizing the basis of cardholder requests that involve potential fraud, credit, collection, or chargeback issues and forward to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Follow client standards/policies/procedures, regulations, and Association requirements to prevent violations and punitive financial action.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
