Job Title: Head of Talent and Leadership Development

Weir is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Talent and Leadership Development to join our global team. As a key member of our Centre of Expertise, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing talent and leadership development programs that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global talent and leadership development strategy aligned with Weir's business objectives.
  • Partner with HR teams and business leaders to identify critical talent needs and implement effective talent strategies.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs tailored to various levels of leadership within the organization.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Ensure active succession plans are in place for key roles.
  • Measure the effectiveness of talent and leadership development programs and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Psychology.
  • Strategic thought leader in talent development, leadership development, and organizational development.
  • Previous experience in a Centre of Expertise for a global business.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and talent management best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
