CYBEX GMBH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relations Assistant to join our team in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders via phone, email, or EDI package
  • Plan and execute deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient logistics
  • Support the finance department with accounts payable and other financial tasks
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, key accounts, and distribution partners
  • Perform administrative and organizational tasks to support the team
  • Respond promptly to customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and processes to provide expert support
  • Upsell products and promote company initiatives

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience
  • Experience with B2B account management and customer service principles
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • Excellent command of English language
