Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Territory Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving growth in top-line sales at assigned B&Q stores in Oldham, Ashton-Under-Lyne, Huddersfield, Dewsbury, and Halifax.
This role involves implementing sales and marketing programs, training activities, service, and merchandising responsibilities. You will establish strong selling relationships with store associates, store management, and other customer contacts. You will also conduct product knowledge training sessions for all B&Q Store teams, including features, benefits, and selling skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish strong selling relationships with store associates, store management, and other customer contacts.
- Conduct product knowledge training sessions for all B&Q Store teams.
- Continually promote and represent the brand and product strengths to B&Q store teams and consumers.
- Identify opportunities in service/upselling and maximize resources at the store level with solutions.
- Maintain store signage, merchandising displays, colour chip, and colour card stock.
- Utilize the CRM system to document sales calls and store visits.
- Conduct events to promote products and increase sales.
- Ensure in-store activations and business activities are executed successfully in each store.
- Attractive salary.
- Sales Bonus scheme (uncapped - on target earnings at 10%).
