We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Sales Design Consultant to join our team at the Hillier Garden Centre near Newbury. As a Sales Design Consultant, you will use your consultative sales approach and service skills to guide customers through the design and purchase process of luxury summerhouses and garden rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  2. Use your creative skills to design and visualize custom layouts and garden rooms that meet customers' expectations.
  3. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  4. Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  5. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements:

  1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  4. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  5. Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and creative environment.
