Sales Consultant

Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team on a Fixed Term Contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shared ownership sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
About the Role:- Advising Customers: Provide expert guidance to customers throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
- Sales Suite Presentation: Maintain a well-presented and welcoming sales suite, showcasing available units to potential buyers.
- Database Management: Effectively manage and update the sales database to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer service, meeting and greeting customers on-site and providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Sales Enquiries: Handle incoming sales enquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring timely responses to potential buyers.
- Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings, showcasing available units and highlighting the benefits of shared ownership.
- Stock Unit Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of stock units, ensuring they are in excellent condition and ready for viewing.
- Expertise in Shared Ownership: Strong knowledge and experience in managing shared ownership sales, with a solid understanding of the benefits and process.
- High-End Property Sales Experience: A proven track record of selling premium properties within the new homes sector, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Target-Driven: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Excel, Teams, and in-house CRM platforms.
What We Offer:
- A competitive basic salary of £30k+ and an OTE of £50k, depending on experience.
- A flexible working schedule, with Tuesday-Saturday working and Sunday and Monday off.
