Shop Associate Category Manager

The UK Operations team is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and growing new merchants, as well as creating long-term strategies to develop existing businesses on TikTok Shop. With hundreds of merchants and thousands of products, we aim to deliver sales for our merchants and ensure customers have access to market-leading brands in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Define the long-term strategy and lead key initiatives to drive category growth.
- Provide industry knowledge and leverage your network to ensure category success.
- Hire and coach top talent to drive business results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock partners' potential on the platform, drive brand growth, and adoption of livestream and short videos.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 1-5 years of working experience.
- Experience in category management at an e-commerce company, large retailer, or agency side.
- Strong sense of social content, practical experience in social commerce, content marketing, influencers, and creativity in the categories.
- Strong network of E-commerce industry landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution, and mobile transformation.
