As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our branch manager in achieving instruction targets, bringing stock on for the wider team, and driving the office forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the branch manager in reaching instruction targets and driving the office forward
  • Bring stock on for the wider team and contribute to the success of the office
  • Close and negotiate deals, while also supporting the team in achieving their targets

About the Role:

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be vital in building on our already outstanding name and contributing to our continued success.

What We Offer:

  • A basic salary of up to £25,000, plus car allowance
  • Achievable on-target earnings of £55,000 in the first year, plus End of Year Profit Shares
  • A full driver's license and car are required for this position
  • A 5-day working week, with every Saturday worked and one day off during the week
  • Further perks include monthly team budgets, awards nights, themed parties, and an exclusive company-wide training facility

Requirements:

  • Sales valuation experience
  • A track record of consistent billings/instructions
  • A tenacious attitude, with an eye for detail
  • Great customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Full driver's license and car
  • Commitment to working weekends
