Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Romford. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving team engagement, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the day-to-day management of the store team to increase sales and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Lead by example, motivating and inspiring the team to achieve set goals, expectations, and targets through effective coaching and training.
- Proactively lead the team in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, sales, and overall store performance.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive store environment, promoting a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Previous retail or commercial sales experience, preferably with store and team management experience.
- Commercially focused and results-driven, with an aptitude for decision-making.
- Highly motivated and experienced in working to performance targets, leading by example to identify sales opportunities and achieve results.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish great relationships with customers and colleagues.
