- Lead and motivate your team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) through your passion and enthusiasm
- Provide outstanding customer service and lead your team in doing the same
- Create an exciting environment, drive sales, and maximize profit
- Drive company initiatives and continually reinforce the customer proposition with the team
- Be an effective communicator and delegate tasks effectively
- Manage team performance, identify and promote good performance, and effectively deal with under-performance
- Take ownership of the recruitment process for your team
