Office Administrator to Senior Leadership Team

Empowering Learning is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to provide day-to-day support to our Senior Leadership Team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional administrative support to our senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, including preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
