ROLE PURPOSE

You will be responsible for driving the growth of new clients, developing new client relationships, and leading on their initial experience of our clients at the National Skills Agency.

This role requires a strong desire to proactively contact and work with employers to identify their needs, selling current products and tailoring or bespoke design of programme solutions to achieve sales targets with corporate and key accounts across our clients' full range of products and programme areas.

You will also gather intelligence on customer needs to share with other senior managers to continually improve our clients' product offering.

Key responsibilities include managing a busy and demanding workload, having a genuine passion for the world of education, and putting the client experience and their learners at the heart of everything you do.

You will have an extensive understanding of Apprenticeships/Traineeships and funding methodology for ESFA/Apprenticeships, traineeships, and AEB.

As a champion of our clients' vision, you will lead by example, working to fulfil your objectives to ensure our clients reach their sales, financial, and growth targets and supports our clients' goals.

You will be able to build effective client relationships as well as the ability to network with wider colleagues within the National Skills Agency.
