Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Research Practitioner to join our team at Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust. In this exciting role, you will support the delivery of research studies across our trust, working closely with our Research & Development Delivery Team.
The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals receiving healthcare for mental health, dementia, and neurodegenerative disorders. You should be highly organized, with excellent time management skills, and able to meet tight deadlines. A strong understanding of project management principles is also essential.
As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes flexible working arrangements, occupational health services, and access to a range of wellbeing initiatives.
What You Will Do- Assist in delivering on CRN North Thames performance metrics and objectives regarding recruitment to Divisional research studies for NLFT.
- Recruit research participants to CRN North Thames portfolio of studies, mainly focusing on Mental Health, Dementia, and Neurodegenerative disorder, and Neurological studies.
- Set up portfolio studies, including supporting feasibility, governance processes, identifying potential participants, discussing research with potential participants, taking consent, and problem-solving to ensure performance targets are met.
