New Homes Sales Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven New Homes Sales Consultant to join our client's team in West Sussex. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for guiding home buyers through the purchasing process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with prospective buyers to provide community and home tours
  • Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Manage the sales process from contract to closing

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in new homes or agency
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work weekends
