We are seeking a motivated New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team in West Sussex. In this role, you will guide home buyers through every step of purchasing a new home, from initial inquiry to closing the sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with prospective buyers, provide community and home tours
  • Build relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Manage the sales process from contract to closing

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience, within new homes or agency
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work weekends

What We Offer:

  • Up to £30k basic, depending on experience, £50k OTE
  • Uncapped Commission structure
