Asset Database Coordinator

Bureau Veritas is seeking a skilled Asset Database Co-ordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital administrative link between clients and senior internal stakeholders, ensuring the successful management and planning of key contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate asset information across core systems to ensure proactive delivery of services.
  2. Update and maintain forthcoming activities in client and in-house systems for annual inspections.
  3. Update and maintain client databases with activity dates and reports.
  4. Responsible for the control and organisation of client central records and internal database information.
  5. Assist the account manager with queries related to the delivery of periodic inspections.
  6. Facilitate the addition and removal of assets as instructed by clients.
  7. Report any issues that may jeopardise meeting contractual KPIs.
  8. Support planning teams to enable effective schedules of works.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent relationship building skills.
  2. Highly proficient in IT and capable with data creation and manipulation in Excel.
