About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced registered nurse to join our CNO team as a healthcare delivery manager.

The role will involve leading on the delivery of key projects for the CNO office, working closely with the associate director of nursing and deputising for them as required.

The successful candidate will also have a significant part in the New hospital programme, representing the CNO voice for the development of the clinical and workforce models.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead on the delivery of key projects for the CNO office.
  • Support the education development team and provide expert guidance on clinical management.
  • Represent the CNO voice for the development of the clinical and workforce models.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
