Salary:

Estimated salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Family Lawyer to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a key member of our Family Law team, you will advise on and manage a wide range of family work, including high net worth individuals.

  • Advise clients on family law matters, including divorce, children's law, and wealth protection.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within the family law sector, working collaboratively with colleagues across the team.
  • Develop opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participate in business development opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4-5+ years PQE in family law.
  • A solid grounding in family law principles and practices.
  • Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships.
  • Ability to supervise junior staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Excellent technical ability and drafting skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to think strategically.
